Authentication
In order that we can authenticate your identity as required by these terms of use, you will be prompted to provide a copy of an acceptable form of ID (described below). Once submitted to us, this information and any information we obtain about you via the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour or any other government entity will be subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used only for the purpose of verifying your identity.

Unfortunately, if you do not possess an ID meeting the criteria described above, we are unable to offer you some of the services on our site.
You must not misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using our site.
Accessing our site
We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. Licence grant to us

Licence grant to other users
By submitting or distributing your user postings, you hereby grant to each user of our site a non-exclusive licence to access and use your user postings in connection with their use of our site for their own personal purposes.
Viruses
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

Indemnification

Applicable law
These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by Saudi law. We both agree that the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
