Authentication

In order that we can authenticate your identity as required by these terms of use, you will be prompted to provide a copy of an acceptable form of ID (described below). Once submitted to us, this information and any information we obtain about you via the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour or any other government entity will be subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used only for the purpose of verifying your identity.

Unfortunately, if you do not possess an ID meeting the criteria described above, we are unable to offer you some of the services on our site.

Licence grant to us

Licence grant to other users

Indemnification

Applicable law

These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by Saudi law. We both agree that the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Trade marks

[‘Nine Tenths’] is a Saudi registered trade mark of “Human Resources Development Fund”. All trademarks not owned by us that appear on our site are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any of these trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes, in any way that deliberately or inadvertently claims, suggests or, in the sole judgment of the respective owner of the trademark, gives the appearance or impression of a relationship with or endorsement by these institutions.

Nothing contained on our site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on our site without the written permission of the owner of the applicable trademark.
